Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn and with all bridal tags attached, then place it securely in the original shipping box.
Ship to Boutique
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once our team inspects the gown for quality assurance, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange shipment within 72 hours.
